Dessert Extravaganza

At last, six blessed sea days.  On this cruise there were so many ports so close together that we were really looking forward to those Atlantic crossing days.  This was a perfect time for the dessert extravaganza, and as usual, there was a lot of imagination put into everything that was made.  Our dining room steward, Wikan, was preparing Crepes Suzette, so we did try some of those.  But apart from that we spent our time enjoying the beauty of the creations.  Being able to photograph the incredible variety of desserts is actually more satisfying than eating them.  It is always fun to see the creativity in these dessert displays.
