Nimbus American Bistro, Tucson, AZ

The Bistro has been open for about a year.  It is a second location for Nimbus Brewing.  The menu has a bit more variety than the brewery, but the beers are the same wonderful ones we enjoyed at the brewery.

The building is new, and it is nicely designed, both inside and out.  There is a patio in the back with outdoor seating, and the interior is designed for maximum seating capacity, but without producing a crowded feeling.  The decor is unique, revolving around the monkey theme that is the trademark of the brewery.  There is something interesting to see everywhere you look.  Unlike the original brewery location, the Bistro has a full bar.  A couple of the walls have sayings written on them.  One of the best is “Don’t cry over spilt milk... it could have been beer!”

Even the ladies’ restroom is a work of art.

The atmosphere here is very pleasant and inviting.  It’s a tough choice between the Bistro and the brewery.  We’ll definitely visit both again.
